
About the Course
This is a monthly (first Wednesday of the month at 9:30AM PST) online support space facilitated by a neurodivergent IBCLC, Pamela Tessmann for neurodivergent parents and caregivers of infants aged 0-12 months who are navigating lactation, pumping, or bottle feeding in whatever way works for their brain, body, and baby.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, under-supported, or just want to be in a space where nobody expects you to mask or explain how your brain works, this circle is for you.
What to Expect:
A low-pressure, low-demand virtual space (Practice Better Platform)
Camera/mic optional the whole time
A short ND-informed tip or theme (feeding routines, sensory needs, executive function hacks, etc.)
Open peer support & community care (sharing is always optional)
Gentle time cues and clear structure
Follow-up summary with notes/resources
Accessibility & Design:
Live captioning is enabled
Visual support provided (simple slides or handouts)
Chat-only or silent participation always welcome
You’ll get a “What to Expect” guide by email before the group

Pamela Tessmann
I’m Pamela Tessmann, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Neurodiversity Coach, Childbirth Educator, and former Doula with a decade of dedicated practice. Prior to my work in lactation consulting and childbirth support, I spent 20 years as an Early Childhood Educator, fostering a deep understanding of infant & child development and family dynamics.
