You deserve thoughtful, inclusive support.
I have been working with families for over 20 years. I began as an Early Childhood Educator, working in various settings.
My passion for working with young children evolved into a desire to also support the perinatal period. I became a Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator and had the pleasure of supporting many families in their tender transitions to parenthood for 10 amazing years.
During that time, breastfeeding basics was all I knew and I watched many parents struggle to feed without knowing how to help them further or who to send them to for comprehensive, extended care. I wanted to fill that gap in our community so I spent 4 years studying to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
All of these roles over the years have allowed me to foster a deep understanding of infant & child development and family dynamics, becoming a trusted ally in many parenting spaces.
I am deeply honoured to walk alongside you in your feeding journey and aim to bring a calm, compassionate, trauma-aware approach to each visit.
When I'm not working, I'm either performing in musicals or spending time outside with my husband and our two teenaged sons.
