Join us in our Union Bay clinic for our small-group Prenatal Lactation Class and get ready for a successful breastfeeding journey with IBCLC, Pamela Tessmann!
Our expert-led session is 1.5hrs and will guide you through essential topics like the Golden Hour, anatomy and physiology of breastfeeding, and foundational tips for positioning and latching. You'll also learn how to recognize effective milk transfer, understand milk intake and diaper output, overcome common breastfeeding challenges, explore alternate feeding methods, and master milk expression techniques. Plus, we'll help you set yourself up for long-term success!
The class fee includes a 15 Minute Virtual/Phone Check-in once your baby is born!

I’m Pamela Tessmann, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Childbirth Educator, and former Doula with a decade of dedicated practice. Prior to my work in lactation consulting and childbirth support, I spent 20 years as an Early Childhood Educator, fostering a deep understanding of infant & child development and family dynamics.
